Sign the necessary forms, including:
- Pet Care Agreement (signed through Gingr or in person)
- Medical Release Form (signed through Gingr or in person)
- Provide vaccination proof from a licensed veterinarian (upload to Gingr or bring in person)
After completing the paperwork, schedule an evaluation for your dog. During this evaluation, we will:
- Assess your dog's ability to interact safely with other dogs
- Determine if your dog is a good fit for our Daycare program
**Evaluation Details:**
- Must be scheduled in advance
- Conducted Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm
- Takes about 20 minutes and includes a facility tour
**Important:**
Ensure you bring/send/upload the proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian. Make sure this is done before your scheduled appointment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE

Pass Temperament Assessment Test
Age: 4 months or older
Unable To Care For Dogs: that requires injectable medications, diabetic, pregnant, nursing or in heat; active transmissible disease or condition; currently contagious; bite history; dog aggressive; or people aggressive.

Spay or Neutering: (with 2 week recovery time) is required for all dogs 6 months and over or they will need to be housed in a private suite.
Required Vaccinations: Vaccinations with proof from a veterinarian are required annually and at least 1 week prior to first stay: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough).
Fleas/Ticks: All dogs are required to be free of fleas and ticks and be up to date on flea treatment.
Overall Health: All dogs attending and participating in group play should be in overall good health and must be fit to play in an active environment.
Temperament: We do not allow aggressive or dangerous dogs.
