● Assessment: All dogs accepted into daycare and/or boarding must pass an assessment test to ensure they are a proper fit for the daycare setting.
● Age: 4 months or older
● The Following Are Dogs Which We Are Unable To Care For: Requires injectable medications, are diabetic, pregnant, nursing or in heat; has an active transmissible disease or condition; are currently contagious; has a bite history; is dog aggressive; is people aggressive.
● Spay or Neutering: (with 2 week recovery time) is required for all dogs age 6 months and over. Adolescent dogs often begin exhibiting behaviors which are unsuitable for daycare playgroups and can have a negative effect on the overall pack dynamic. For this reason, we require all dogs over the age of six months to be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare. The goal for our daycare dogs is to keep the play both calm and fun, as well as provide a non-competitive and comfortable environment.
● Required Vaccinations: All dogs accepted into daycare and/or boarding must provide proper documentation of vaccinations. Vaccinations with proof from veterinarian required annually and at least 1 week prior to first stay: Rabies; DHPP vaccine includes: Canine Distemper Virus, Canine Adenovirus 1 and 2, Canine Parainfluenza, and Canine Parvovirus; and Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough). The Rabies vaccine is required on all dogs by law and dogs will not be admitted if their Rabies vaccine is expired even by just one day. We reserve the right to deny admission to any dog if their vaccines are not current. It is your responsibility to bring your dog’s vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian at enrollment and each time your dog’s vaccines are renewed. Vaccines that are not administered by a veterinarian cannot be accepted because we cannot confirm the proper dosage, storage, and administration of those vaccines.
● Fleas/Ticks: All dogs attending Begging to Stay LLC are required to be free of fleas and ticks and be up to date on flea treatment. If a dog is found to have fleas and/or ticks, we will attempt to contact you regarding options, and the dog will be placed in isolation until picked up for the day. Treatment will need to be administered and a 48 hour wait before returning for services. All dogs will be checked with a flea comb upon returning and can be checked randomly. If fleas are detected the owner will be notified and further corrective action will be discussed and a future plan for return put into place.
● Overall Health: All dogs attending and participating in group play should be in overall good health and must be fit to play in an active environment. Dogs that have hearing conditions can be successful in group play, but dogs with vision impairments are generally not comfortable in a group of dogs. If your dog has hip or joint conditions, or other physical conditions, please discuss them with your veterinarian before your dog participates in group play. Please let us know if your dog has any health issues. We can care for many dogs with special health needs, such as special feeding, more frequent bathroom breaks, or mobility issues. There may be an additional fee required.
● Temperament: We do not allow aggressive or dangerous dogs. We do not allow aggressive play, excessive barking, or dominant behavior. Our staff works diligently to maintain a calm energy in the pack. We understand that many dogs may be over-excited their first day, and we will work with your dog to teach our rules.

Check-in/Check-Out: Proper ID is required to check-in and check-out your dog. Dogs will only be released to the owner or to persons identified prior to pick up by the owner via written and signed documentation.

If the dog(s) is not picked up by 6:00pm the dog will be fed and housed overnight with an additional $15 charge on top of the late fee unless we are made aware and approve an emergency delaying pickup. Excessive abuse of late pickup could result in loss of future services.
Boarding Day Count: The day of drop off will count as a full day and the day of pick up will count as a full day unless they are picked up prior to 10:00 am.
Abandoned Dogs: Dogs considered abandoned (dogs left without proper arrangements and payment for such arrangements) will be placed with a local rescue group or a foster family to find a suitable and loving home. You understand and agree that if you abandon your dog, you may be unable to retrieve possession of your dog and will have no recourse against Begging to Stay LLC. Dogs will be considered abandoned after 48 hours without contact with the owner. Within the 48 hours, we will be reaching out by phone, email and text to the primary owner, secondary owner, and emergency contact. If no arrangements are made at this time, then the dog(s) is considered abandoned. Any costs associated with this will be charged to the credit card on file and ultimately be the owner’s responsibility.

● While we pledge to provide a safe, healthy environment for our employees, volunteers and pets, we do acknowledge that bites and injuries can occur. We will provide basic first aid as needed. If further care is required, we will follow the policy for emergency services listed in the Policies and Procedures manual. Begging to Stay LLC is not responsible for any injury as a result of dog play.
● Risks: While we strive to achieve a safe environment for all dogs, we cannot prevent accidents, injuries, illnesses or changes in behavior. When you bring your dog to Begging to Stay LLC, you accept these risks and you release Begging to Stay LLC and its staff from all liability arising from the occurrence of such events. In addition, Begging to Stay LLC will not pay for vet bills if your dog becomes sick or is injured while with us.
● While we do our best to supervise all activity, Begging to Stay LLC cannot prevent injuries and accidents 100%. While accidents and injuries can occur at any time, there is a greater risk of an accident or injury if a dog participates in group play. Our group play is well staffed and our playroom supervisors are trained, but they are working with live animals that can be unpredictable. Dogs can sometimes receive puncture wounds or cuts, scratches, broken nails, sore paw pads, sprains or other injuries in group play. You need to be sure that you are comfortable with this prior to choosing group play for your dog. Also, it is important to check over your dog after they have participated in group play. While our staff checks over all dogs at least daily, punctures and cuts can sometimes be missed and can sometimes happen without our staff’s awareness. Even a small cut or puncture can become infected or cause more serious issues if not cleaned and properly cared for. It is your responsibility to closely check your dog for any injuries and to ensure that they receive the proper care.
